AEC4444 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AEC4444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. AEC4444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users in regions where AEC4444 operates, including Bangladesh. As a user, it is your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your country. AEC4444 is not liable for any breach of applicable laws in any jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register on AEC4444 and access the platform's services, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement on your own behalf.
• Online gaming and betting is not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• AEC4444 has not previously closed or banned your account.

Age Verification

AEC4444 may request a copy of your ID card, national identity card, or passport at any time for age verification purposes. AEC4444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Login Credentials Security

Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact AEC4444's support team immediately. AEC4444 is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, AEC4444 may request identity and address verification documents at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be suspended if the required documents are not submitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on AEC4444 must be made using approved payment methods available on the platform. Transactions using cards or accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Rules

• A minimum deposit amount applies and will be clearly shown on the payment page.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though delays may occur due to bank processing times.
• To prevent money laundering, AEC4444 reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Wagering Requirements

6. Betting Rules

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• AEC4444 reserves the right to void any bet if a technical error occurs before a match begins.
• Live betting odds change in real time, and the odds at the moment the bet is placed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Casino Games

Each casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and rules. You are encouraged to read the rules before starting a game. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, AEC4444 will resume play from the last saved state.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AEC4444 platform. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Closure

AEC4444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Refusing to submit KYC documents.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Closure

9. Limitation of Liability

AEC4444 is not liable for the following:

• Bet cancellation or loss due to internet disconnection.
• Errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

Under all circumstances, AEC4444's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the user's account.

10. Changes to Terms

AEC4444 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
